Welcome to Purity Beans (operated by Pure Pantry Provisions, p3online.in). By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of p3online.in. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

3. Pricing

All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. The price at the time of placing your order is the final price charged.

4. Payment

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-approved payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 4-7 business days. We are not responsible for courier delays. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email connect@purepantryprovisions.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
